Put An End Point To Anxiousness With Past Life Regression
Why would you consider doing a past life regression? How can viewing a past life end my hysteria and panic episodes? How is it feasible to even connect to a memory from another lifetime? To respond to these questions, first it's vital to understand a bit about the subconscious.
The unconscious mind stores all our life's memories, experiences, thoughts, feelings and principles; even all our memories from other lifetimes too. Why can't we remember these other lifetimes? Just because if we did, how would we learn? We are here in each lifetime to learn and grow from our experiences.
Anxiety and panic fits occur when there's a crazy and illogical quantity of fear flowing through your mind. Logically, you know there is no reason to be in so much fear, but regardless of what you say to oneself, you start to sweat and panic, your heart beats speedily and your mind fills with apprehension. Your body starts shaking and shaking, forcing you to be short of breath and bringing a sense of being smothered. You'll feel dizzy and unsteady or perhaps even feel just like you are choking, all with an overpowering fear of dying.
A fear develops when your hysteria and panic becomes so out of proportion or impractical with fact that you find yourself persistently avoiding the situation. When you feel distressed about what might happen when or if you are facing one of your phobic circumstances, the mere thought can set you into a frenzy.
When your fear was caused in another lifetime, this anxiousness and panic sometimes does not end until your unconscious mind really connects with the memory of what caused it. In that moment, it releases the energy charge out of your mind and body. The instant of death in another lifetime causes such tremendous fear, that it carries this memory over into another lifetime.
The last thoughts we have currently of our death from another lifetime contain the strongest reaction of memory. So there are times when something happens to us in our present life to kick off those dire moments of another lifetime. Most often we do not remember the past life event, but we will basically experience how we felt at that moment.
For example, if you have got a phobia of driving on the interstate highway or over a bridge, your intellect may suddenly say, "I can't get out. I am trapped." The phobia of being stuck on that driveway or bridge causes you to think, "I'm fearful, I may lose control and crash." You find yourself overcome with the fear you will crash, bracing yourself to fight off the thoughts of driving off the bridge and plunging to your death.
During past life regressions, it has been discovered that fear of driving on freeways and bridges for many individuals was caused by a lifetime when somebody was in a functioning relationship or wedding and wanted it to finish, but had a phobia of not having the ability to get out of it. That life ended unfortunately while being encircled in it and rubbed out by their loved one.
While reviewing the prevailing lifetime, it's discovered the uneasiness commenced when brooding about needing to get out of their wedding, relationship, job or needing out of their parents ' home during their violent infancy. It is the feeling of being trapped and having no way out.
How can this translate to driving on the motorway? As the last thoughts at the time of death from the prior life were, "I'm surrounded. I don't have any control. I cannot get out." Simply driving down the interstate highway, needing to change lanes, but being unable to because there are too many cars on the freeway, can make you feel beyond control and your mind speaks the same words, "I'm surrounded. I can't get out."
An event from another lifetime is what has led to this fear. Having the same thoughts and feelings in your brain now, as you probably did then, is what triggers it. That's why it is troublesome to figure out what was causing the terror; it was not from this lifetime. Experiencing the past-life removes and neutralises the energy charge, getting rid of your anxiousness and fear.
