Hypnosis is a state wherein the mind is unconscious and is almost like sleeping. The hypnotist will give subjects while the person is in trance so that the brain of the person will be in that particular state of the brain. Here in this specific state, the mind will then be open for experiences related to the sense of sight that can actually affect the individual’s conscious behaviors. This has already been scientifically proven to be an effective facilitator for changes in behavior like quitting the habit of smoking, relieving some physical pain and even losing weight.
